ice cream fun!

Per il compleanno di una cara amica ho fatto l'apple pie (pubblicherò presto la ricetta).
L'ho poi decorata con tanti biscotti a forma di cono gelato.. perché sia a me che a lei piace tantissimo il gelato!
Per i biscotti ho usato questa ricetta e oltre alle gocce di cioccolato ho aggiunto anche delle arachidi tritate.
For a dear friend's birthday I made an apple pie (recipe coming soon).
I then decorated it with ice cream cone cookies.. because we both love ice cream very much!
For the cookies I used this recipe and I added, beside chocolate chips, chunked peanuts.

e chi c'è qui? Un bagnante a caccia di gelato in una calda giornata estiva!
and who do we have here? Someone at the beach longing for ice cream in a hot summer day!
